Qualified and Experienced Personnel
All construction work is performed by Loft Master employees, not subcontractors. You are not left to deal with low wage, apprentice level employees who cannot answer questions without calling for help. Every project is managed by an experienced, professional Project Manager who has authority to make on the spot decisions. Loft Master employees are trained and experienced to work inside "people occupied" and furnished homes. All employees are covered by Workers Compensation liability insurance while working in your home.
Professionally Engineered
Each loft is architect and structural engineer designed in accordance with current Uniform Building Codes and is city permitted and approved.
Quality Workmanship
"Finished" interior additions look like "they belong in the home," seamless, and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Our lofts are guaranteed to blend into your existing home's aesthetic design (as if it was there when your home was originally built). New wall and ceiling textures and finishes, are professionally and carefully blended into existing surrounding walls and ceilings. Standard amenities such as, custom recess wall niches and elegant coffered ceilings are what set our workmanship apart from the rest!
Quick Turn-Around
Typical construction schedule/timeline is 8 to 10 workday weeks from the first day of construction to the city final inspection. On average, Loft Masters projects are completed on or ahead of schedule over 95% of the time.
