Loft Masters was created in 1999 as a unique division of The Gatsby Company, a California
Corporation and General Contracting firm with extensive experience and expertise in the field of
residential structural retrofitting of "occupied" homes. With 100% of our corporate focus on building lofts, The Gatsby Company retrofit division is no longer needed and has been officially "Retired".
This specialized structural training
has enabled us to become a recognized leader in the design-build, interior Loft building
industry. To date, Loft Masters has successfully constructed nearly 1000 quality lofts and remains focused
on providing homeowners with custom designed and built lofts, bonus rooms, home offices, game rooms,
bedrooms, and nurseries in occupied homes throughout the Inland Empire and North Orange County regions.
Each quality constructed loft is built by Loft Master employees, and is
professionally designed and city permitted by a seasoned architect and structural engineering team.
Our lofts are guaranteed to blend into your existing home's aesthetic design (as if it
was there when your home was originally built). All lofts are built by experienced, Journeyman employees
(not subcontractors), who are specially trained to work inside your furnished home Where respect for your
family and property is paramount.
